Tim Hern Owner. I have been in the automotive field since 1968. As most, I started pumping gas and changing tires in a local gas station. Gas was .23 cents a gallon. Anyone remember that? Our goal everyday is to treat our customers the way we would like to be treated when we shop for our own needs. Come in and see how my team and I are eager to assist you with your automotive needs.	Pat Ryan General Mgr. Pat is new to our team but not to the automotive industry. He brings 28 years of knowledge and experience, with an expertise in suspension and tire fitment, to our shop. Pat's prior position as store manager for a local Goodyear store has contributed to him feeling right at home. He is here to answer any questions you may have regarding the service of your vehicle.	Dick Dehnel Service Advisor. Dick recently retired from owning his own Goodyear Store. He wanted to keep active doing what he loves and still have more time off to go fishing. Dick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He enjoys meeting and talking with all kinds of folks.	Dorrene Hern Marketing Mgr. Dorrene's experience in the customer service industry plays an important roll in attraction and retention of our customers. She is also instrumental in providing our customers the ability to communicate with us via the web.

Bill Hilliard Bill has been with us since the very beginning, 1994. Since those days, he has reached some of the highest certifications possible in the automotive repair field. Master Automotive technician, with an advance level in engine performance. Bill's talents are one of the reasons for our continued success.	John Mertz I like to call him the "old timer", only because he is closest to my age. John has been in the automotive field since 1980. He started at Hollander auto parts after he got out of the Navy. He has some really cool pictures if you are interested, also a new grandson, he has those pictures too.	Matt Popehn Matt got his first car, an "88 Ford Taurus, when he was 16 years old. He has always tinkered with and been mechanical with cars. That interest led Matt to complete his schooling from Dakota County Vo-Tech in 2005 with several ASE certifications.	Mike Glaser Mike is currently attending DCTC in Rosemount. He is part of the AESP program. Mike was born and raised in Hawaii which is where he enlisted in the Marines. Part of that time he worked on F18 fighter jets. Now he is working on different engines.

	Rob Duerkop Rob grew up around service repair stations. His father owned an Amoco Station. He remembers pumping gas as early as 9 years old. Rob started as a mechanic and is currently a full-time manager at a Holiday Station and is one of our part timers. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.	Teresa Kane Teresa is our cashier. She will process your work order, answer the phones and schedule appointments. Teresa is going to school for Child Development and ASL (American Sign Language). When she isn't busy with school and work, she'll be spending time with her little daughter.
